Instructions:

1. Enter the linear footage of each type of cabinet box, base, wall and tall, rows 1-3. In row 4, add the estimated number (not linear feet) of drawers and pull-out drawers desired.
   1. Select the check box for either prefinished birch or maple plywood cabinet construction.
   2. Select the check box for either plywood, standard hardwood, or custom hardwood dovetailed drawers.
2. Enter the combined linear footage of your doors and drawers in row 5 or 6. Select 5 for laminate projects, select row 6 for all others.
   1. Select the appropriate check box for the desired door style, either slab, 5 piece (example: shaker), or custom (example raised panel)
3. Next, choose your finish. In rows 7 through 10 enter the combined linear feet of each type of finish. (the total of the finish area should match your total linear footage)
   1. For projects requiring natural, wood, choose the wood type and then the desired finish, clear, stained or custom stain (example glazed)
   2. For multi-finish projects simply assign the desired combined linear feet of each to the specific finish type.
4. Choose the level of design assistance desired, one of these options is required unless supplying full cabinet specifications.
5. Choose the desired level of installation service, simple, mod-level or complex projects. Contact us for further clarification.
6. Add convenience hardware: enhance functionality with hardware options in rows 13-22. If unsure of these options choose a budget allowance on row 23.
7. Additional customization options are available in rows 23-31. Not all available options are shown, please contact us to inquire about a specific design feature, door or finish style, or convenience hardware item.
